Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Bubble Ballad mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and TOGGL3 TV, Corp. ("we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated in Georgia, United States.

Description of Service

Bubble Ballad is a mobile entertainment application designed for toddlers and young children. The App provides an interactive bubble-popping experience with colorful visuals, sound effects, and haptic feedback. The App is intended for entertainment purposes only.

Children's Use and Parental Supervision

Bubble Ballad is designed for use by young children. We recommend that parents or guardians:

• Supervise their children while using the App
• Set appropriate time limits for App usage
• Review this Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy
• Contact us with any questions or concerns about the App

By allowing a child to use the App, you represent that you are the child's parent or legal guardian and that you consent to these Terms on behalf of the child.

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on devices that you own or control.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks

Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, graphics, audio, and functionality, is owned by TOGGL3 TV, Corp. and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

"Bubble Ballad," "TOGGL3," and associated logos are trademarks of TOGGL3 TV, Corp. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

Updates and Changes

We may update the App from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. We may also modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the App at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TOGGL3 TV, CORP. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the App, if any.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
